We are a full staffing company providing one or all of the following... bartenders, caterers, deejays and or wait staff. The Mix Specialists mix all of your favorite spirits and are beer and wine knowledgeable. Our wait staff is professional and dedicated to providing an excellent experience.
The Mix Specialists have a unique and special position knowing your drinks and maintaining a professional, knowledgeable, attitude. This is the level of experience you get with the Mix Specialists. The Mix Specialist hold certificates from The Wine Institute of Philadelphia. We've been working in the Philadelphia area for over 10 years and know what it takes to mix a good drink and properly serve our customers. We provide fully equipped, professional bartenders. Our bartender services includes a menu catered to the event, a signature drink, fresh sweet & sour mix, simple syrup and lime juice. We also provide catering services, head servers and waiters/waitresses. Our service can include a portable bar, *kiddie bar, *deejays, *caterers, *photographers, and *cameraman/crew.

We hired the Mix Specialists three days before our backyard wedding, and we couldn't have been happier with our decision. TK and Maddie were a breeze to work with. They arrived early to set up, and they were extremely professional and courteous, even offering to help with setup and other tasks. Many of our guests remarked on how great they were, and my family was thankful for how easy they made this for us. Plus, their rates are affordable. We highly recommend.

Do yourself a favor and get the Mix Specialists at your next function. We had a Mexican themed party. The drink menu was custom matched to the food and the guests were blown away with the attention to detail and service by TK and Maddie. Will never have another party without them!!

Events include weddings, receptions, car and bike shows, sweet 16 parties, birthday ...Read moreWe are DJ/KJ in the greater York,PA area. We provide karaoke and DJ services to a wide variety of events and venues. Events include weddings, receptions, car and bike shows, sweet 16 parties, birthday and anniversary parties, reunions, and just about any event where an MC, DJ or KJ is needed. All our prices include all our travel, setup and tear down time, time for 1 meeting prior to all events except wedding receptions. They require 3 meetings to set up music and itinerary. If karaoke is desired, there is no additional cost. Were have that with us. We also bring along lighting effects that many DJ's charge extra for. Fog machines and a laser are also available. The fog machine can produce either room-filling or ground-hugging fog.
We require a 30% deposit and a signed contract for all events. This protects us and the clients.
We don't work from a laptop. All our our music and karaoke is on disc. It's a little old school but no computer crashes. We currently have over 12,000 music selections and over 28,000 karaoke selections. The nice part about being on disc is the convenience to our clients. If there is a song you would like to hear or a version of a song you would like to sing and you have it on disc, we can play it. We can even play DVD's that clients have made up for special occasion.
We have been doing this since 2006. We are both retired so we are available almost anytime for any event or meeting.
